Section 83
Special proposal to be submitted
: A special proposal should be submitted to take a decision in the general meeting of the company on the following matters:-
(a) Matter of increasing the authorized capital of the company,
(b) the matter of reducing or altering the share capital of the company,
(c) subject to change of name or principal purpose of the company,
(d) subject to merger of one company with another company,
(e) Subject to Issue of Bonus Shares,
(f) Subject to purchase of its own shares by the company,
(g) Subject to sale of shares at discount,
(h) The matter of conversion of a private company into a public company or a public company into a private company,
(i) Other matters that are required to be passed by the company in this Act or the regulations.
